The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were impressed with the variety of amenities provided, including a washing machine/dryer in the spacious apartment room. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near Kensington park, which offered beautiful views. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a prime area, with two well-connected Tube Stations nearby, allowing us to easily explore various parts of this city.

Lovely location in a leafy suburb with a quaint little garden nearby. Perfect for commutes, with nearby public transportation options. the hotel itself is chic and the concierge staff was attentive and helpful.

The kitchen was not functional, with broken cabinet doors and non-useable knives. Certain kitchen appliances had restrictions, like the oven that would automatically turn off after 20 minutes of use.

Our stay at Native Hyde Park was amazing! Despite the fire alarm ringing at 3 am because of burnt toast, we felt safe and secure in the building. The location near Hyde Park was perfect for a morning stroll. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room wasn't as clean as expected, with scuff marks on the walls and dust under the bed. the room could have smelled fresher, and the handle on the door was loose.

The room was uncomfortably hot and the fold-out bed was extremely uncomfortable. the thin curtains also let in too much outside light and noise all night.

I recently stayed in a luxurious 4-star hotel here and my experience was great! I loved the location because it was very close to a train station and to awesome restaurants and shops. The hotel had excellent service, and they were always there to assist me in every possible way. One of the staff members even gave me tips on the fastest way to get to my desired places like the underground, and recommended a good coffee shop to try. In addition, the room was very spacious and had everything that I needed to make my stay comfortable and relaxing. From the soft pillows to the clean bedsheets, it felt like I was sleeping in a cloud!

Stayed 1 night to attend a concert, arrived early - staff stored bags. Apartment was spacious, clean, and had all mod cons. Great location, close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations, Hyde Park, and good eateries in Bayswater. Check-out time extended to 12 at no extra cost.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with close proximity to multiple transport links, including the Heathrow Express and two tube stops. There are also plenty of eating places nearby. The rooms are well-equipped, with modern decor and a great shower. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby.

The wifi can be a bit slow at times.
