I had a lovely stay for 3 nights. the rooftop restaurant had delicious food and incredible views, but there was a disappointing mix-up with the alcohol policy. I'd come back!

The staff were heaps friendly and the gym was fine, but the breakfast lacked variety and the rooftop was closed, which was a bummer. Chur for the comfy room, though!

Each morning began with the delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee and an amazing breakfast spread. The staff, especially Geoffrey, made sure my cappuccino was just right, and their warm smiles set a cheerful tone for the day.

However, I faced some challenges as room issues disrupted my stay. The management’s response felt lacking amidst these inconveniences.

The rooftop restaurant is a total gem—lekker food and stunning views. Brekkie was a feast with loads of options and service was sharp-sharp, chommies were super helpful. The atmosphere was so relaxed, perfect to kick back after a long day!

The internet was a bit dodgy in my room, had to vasbyt a bit with that.

absolutely shocked by my stay at this so-called hotel. The foul bathroom smell was unbearable, and the unclean bedding had me questioning their cleaning standards. I would’ve expected a complimentary gesture after these horrors, but no, just indifference. I almost considered giving a good review, but the lack of service ruined that. never again!

the hotel radiated professionalism. I particularly enjoyed how they fulfilled all my requests promptly. The rooms were clean, and while the rooftop pool was small, the view was stunning. Just a bit crowded during dinner times, but overall, great vibes!

Had a great time with friends! We loved the organized excursion to Nairobi National Park and the Giraffe Centre. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were super helpful. Keep in mind the rooftop bar was closed for renovations, but the gym was well equipped.

We noticed the menu could get limited if you stay for more than a few days, which might be a concern for longer visits.
