The location was perfect, right next to the castle and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We even had a view of the castle from our room, which was amazing. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Old Town before starting our Camino. it was a wonderful experience.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city center, conveniently near major attractions such as the castle. The location is perfect for a leisurely stroll to and from the center, with the added bonus of stunning views of the castle from some rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious, with character and a touch of elegance. The bathrooms are also a highlight, being clean, tidy, and generously sized. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel is a real treat, with a variety of options to satisfy every palate, and locals seem to agree as many can be seen enjoying a glass of wine with their morning meal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Way and the old city/castle. the facilities were clean, comfortable, and spacious. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the great bathroom amenities. the cafe/bar served delicious coffee and provided complimentary snacks. the restaurant was inviting and the food was absolutely stupendous, especially the Bacalau! the service throughout the hotel was friendly and efficient. this hotel provided a great break from the alburgues and allowed me to rest in comfort and privacy while enjoying the beautiful city of Ponferrada.

Stayed at a hotel during my biking trip and it was great value for the price. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the location, it was walking distance to the castle and historical town. There were numerous local bars and restaurants nearby. the underground parking was secure and convenient. the rooms were clean and quiet. I appreciated the basic breakfast that was served in the bar of the hotel for a reasonable price. I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and convenience store across the street.

Despite being on a busy street, the room was quiet. The blackout curtains provided a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

The hotel had a great location near the castle and church, which was perfect for exploring. The attached cafe had the Italy vs Spain soccer game on, and the friendly staff made it a fun atmosphere. The bathtub in the room was amazing for relaxing after a long day.
