Modern facility, courteous staff and great breakfast

I recently stayed at a hotel in Nairobi and I must say, the facilities were top-notch. The modern furnishings and cleanliness of the room were impressive. Although there was no AC, the comfortable beds made up for it. The hotel also had a gated parking lot with security measures in place, which made me feel safe.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were well-appointed and had everything I needed, including a small kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the hotel. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were fantastic.

The hotel had a great vibe and offered good customer service. the room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view from the balcony. the breakfast was a highlight offering a range of tasty options to fuel a busy day of sightseeing. Plus, the hotel was located near some great restaurants and shops.

The gym was not up to scratch, and the noise from other guests could be disturbing. while there were some eco-friendly policies in place, there were some areas where the hotel could improve on being more sustainable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and renovated. Fair prices at the hotel restaurant. Great location near supermarket and mall.

For us it was ideal.
