Exceeded expectations, stunning views, friendly staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, great food.

Nothing to dislike.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the stunning views of the wildlife and Mt. Kilimanjaro, which created a unique and memorable setting. the location of the hotel was also ideal, providing easy access to the Amboseli National Park and its beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable by providing excellent customer service.

On the downside, we were disappointed with the lack of sunbeds by the poolside, which limited our ability to relax and enjoy the outdoor area. Furthermore, the food options were mostly oily and leaned more towards Indian cuisine rather than offering a variety of continental dishes, which did not cater to all guests' preferences.

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday at this lodge. the proximity to the animals was incredible, with zebras, elephants, and wildebeests visible from my room. the view of Mt Kilimanjaro was breathtaking, especially when it was clear. the staff were attentive and the bonfires in the evenings created a cozy atmosphere. the singer in the bar was a lovely touch. loved the wildlife and the ambiance of the lodge.

The only downside was the bumpy road to the lodge due to the rain. Would have been better if it was smoother.

The lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the 4 poster bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved waking up to stunning views of the surrounding plains and Mount Kilimanjaro. The wildlife just beyond the lodge fence was a bonus, with sightings of hippos, elephants, and wildebeest. The buffet meals offered a wide variety of tasty dishes, and we especially enjoyed the delicious pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the lodge was perfect for experiencing the beauty of the area.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor issues. The room setup felt a bit odd with the sink located in the main room instead of the bathroom, and there was no intercom system for communicating with the reception.

For the price, we got incredible value and a fantastic room. The location was unbeatable, with breathtaking views and plenty of wildlife. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, especially in terms of variety.

The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to suit different tastes.

Some of the staff lacked professionalism and were not helpful. The amenities provided were lacking, such as the absence of electricity at certain times and the lack of a minibar in the rooms.

The location is unreal, with breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro and plenty of wildlife sightings. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. The buffet-style food is delicious and reasonably priced. Activities like game drives are also reasonably priced.

Felt cozy, nothing too much trouble.

Can't fault the property.

The lodge had stunning grounds with breathtaking views of the national park. Waking up to the sight of wildlife, especially the elephants, was truly amazing. We also found the facilities to be of excellent standard, providing the level of comfort needed after long game drives. the rooms were cozy and well-equipped.

We were unfortunately disappointed by the disturbance caused by a staff party on our first night. the loud music playing until the early hours of the morning disrupted our sleep and affected our enjoyment of the lodge.

I cannot fault this place. Exceeded expectations. Outstanding staff, food, accommodation. Stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro and game sightings. Spotlessly clean rooms. Will definitely return.

Was all great.

The best thing about our stay was definitely the location. Being right inside the national park gave us the opportunity to see an incredible amount of wildlife. We had a breathtaking view of the savannah from our room, where we saw buffalos, elephants, zebras, and wildebeests. It was like being in the middle of a nature documentary! Additionally, the staff at the lodge were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One thing that we didn't like was the lack of privacy in the shower. the large window without any covering made us feel uncomfortable, even though there was a fence around the area.

The wildlife sightings were incredible! We saw elephants and zebras up close, which was a thrilling experience. the proximity to the national park allowed us to see herds of animals right from the hotel. It was truly a unique and memorable sight. Additionally, the customer service was superb, and the food selection was impressive. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and vegetable salads that were available at every meal.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. First, the water system in the hotel was inadequate.
