Oh, just loved the itty-bitty slippers and the mouthwatering tasteless and dry poolside meal. Also, couldn't get enough of the lump of fat that passed as a rump steak.

Staff helpful, late checkout, interconnected rooms, twin beds, good location, nice breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located away from many great restaurants and next to a mall which can be helpful if one is traveling there for business. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with top-notch amenities and comfortable beds. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant is phenomenal, with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooftop swimming pool offers a stunning view and is heated for year-round enjoyment.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of a spa facility, which was mentioned in one of the reviews as being missed by previous guests.

I had the most incredible stay at a hotel in Nairobi that is part of the Autograph Collection. the rooms were spacious with stunning views of the city. the staff was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even greeted us with fresh mango juice upon arrival. the food, especially at the bakery on the first floor, was absolutely amazing. the hotel was well-maintained, with all appliances and equipment in working order. it was one of the best 5-star hotels I have ever been to.

Almost perfect, but the breakfast was a bit pricey for Nairobi.

The service at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with, from the security guards to the restaurant staff, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

One thing we didn't like about our stay was the pricey breakfast buffet. It was a bit overpriced for what was offered, and we ended up finding cheaper options outside of the hotel.

The complementary breakfast and airport shuttle service were a great perk. the hotel location was very central and close to popular spots. the room service was prompt and efficient.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. the constant sound of traffic and loud music from the rooftop bar made it very difficult to sleep.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a rooftop pool and bar with stunning city views. We enjoyed the delicious cuisine at the on, site restaurant and appreciated the attentive service of the staff.
