I got great value for my money at RYSE, Autograph Collection. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a nice view of Hongdae from my window. The staff treated me wonderfully, always helpful and with big smiles. The location was perfect, close to a subway station and within walking distance to street food and restaurants.

The morning meal could have been better. It would have been nice to have a convenient breakfast option available before 11 am, like a simple coffee and sandwich.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Seoul! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a lively and popular area called Hongdae. It was so convenient to have the Hongik University subway station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself had a vibrant atmosphere and the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, providing exceptional service and making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had great facilities, including a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seoul!

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was superb, right near a lively area with loads of bars and restaurants. We were also conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful cafe and even an art gallery. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. In terms of transportation, the hotel was situated near shopping streets and Homeplus, a huge department store in the area.

Had a lovely Christmas stay in Seoul. the hotel provided a wonderful buffet breakfast with fresh international produce and a choice of a la carte dishes. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city and experiencing the lively nightlife. the staff was super friendly and provided personalized service, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The temperature in the room was too warm and despite several complaints, the issue was not fully resolved. Opening the window to cool down the room resulted in unwanted noise from outside during the night.

I stayed for 4 nights and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel design and room interior were top-notch, with modern amenities like power sockets and USB ports by the bed. I also loved the variety of skincare options provided. The gym was spacious and equipped with new equipment, and the hotel's "pop-up" shops were a cool addition. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of choices, and the restaurant in the hotel was also excellent. The location was convenient, with easy access to taxis. I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were trendy and comfortable, with nice touches like candy and biscuits. the gym, although limited, had the necessary equipment, including a bench press unit and treadmills. the location in the bustling Hongdae area was great, with plenty of things to do and a variety of shops to explore. Plus, the hotel provided environmentally friendly room service, had a polite staff, and offered great cleaning service with reminders if you missed them.

There was no microwave in the room for warming up food and no self laundry service available. Additionally, the elevators and buttons seemed to give static shocks, which was a bit annoying.

I recently stayed at RYSE for my birthday and had a flawless sabbatical. The hotel's advantageous geographic location, gorgeous room, and artistry construction made my day. The guest team, especially Chloe, Mia, and Nicholas, were fully fluent in spoken English and provided superb, genial service. They made me feel like one of their best friends and are definitely a role model for all hotels. The ambience was cool, the breakfast was marvelous, and the room amenities were sufficient. I will definitely be staying here again next year.

The hotel had a great vibe with a trendy and stylish design throughout. the location was fantastic, situated near a lively area with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping options. the hotel was conveniently close to a subway station, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. the room was well-designed and had a stunning view of the city. the staff provided excellent service, from the check-in process to assisting with any questions or needs throughout the stay.

The cleaning staff didn't consistently finish the job properly and would forget to restock the room with water. the breakfast prices were too expensive compared to nearby cafes.
