Some staff members may forget requests for additional amenities, but they quickly rectify the situation once reminded.

I got great value for my money at RYSE, Autograph Collection. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a nice view of Hongdae from my window. The staff treated me wonderfully, always helpful and with big smiles. The location was perfect, close to a subway station and within walking distance to street food and restaurants.

The morning meal could have been better. It would have been nice to have a convenient breakfast option available before 11 am, like a simple coffee and sandwich.

The lobby had two amazing coffee shops, and the Thai restaurant on level 4 was a hit for breakfast. The rooftop bar on level 15 was a highlight, offering a great atmosphere and expertly crafted drinks. The room was well-designed, with comfortable beds and a thoughtfully designed bathroom. The hotel also had a fantastic gym and a cozy library lounge. The staff went above and beyond, especially John, the talented bartender who introduced me to Korean Soju. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service, wonderful location, and top-notch amenities.

Had a lovely Christmas stay in Seoul. the hotel provided a wonderful buffet breakfast with fresh international produce and a choice of a la carte dishes. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city and experiencing the lively nightlife. the staff was super friendly and provided personalized service, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The temperature in the room was too warm and despite several complaints, the issue was not fully resolved. Opening the window to cool down the room resulted in unwanted noise from outside during the night.
