This hotel is in a prime location, right in the busy shopping district of Jung-gu, with great access to BIFF Square and Jagalchi Fish Market. The rooms have excellent facilities and a cool view of the mountains. Breakfast is offered and the staff provides exceptional service.

No negative aspect to mention - everything was great.

Great location in the heart of shopping and close to subway stations. Free wifi worked well. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room with strong water pressure in the shower. Nice view of Busan tower.

We stumbled upon a hidden gem in a bustling shopping district. The spacious triple room offered a breathtaking view of Busan Tower. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore BIFF square, Jagalchi Fish Market, and the famous Lotte Department store. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioning, the hotel's convenience and helpfulness made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Busan.

The hotel provided slippers and bathrobes, which were a nice touch. the location was convenient, as there were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel had a shuttle service that made it easy to get around.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and seemed annoyed when we asked for assistance. the breakfast selection was limited and not very tasty.

The bathroom glass doors were a bit inconvenient when staying with friends.
