Friendly and helpful staff, who even assisted with travel planning and provided English assistance. a comfortable and well-maintained stay with good facilities and customer service.

The room was incredibly comfortable and had a new and modern feel to it. I especially loved the spacious and refreshing bath tub - perfect for unwinding after a long drive. Despite not being a luxury hotel, it had everything I needed for my stay. I would highly recommend BK Hotel Jeju for its comfort and value.

The hotel's location was convenient, with a convenience store right below for easy access to food and drinks. Additionally, there were many restaurants and cafes along the main road nearby. The hotel was also close to popular attractions like Cheonjiyeon waterfalls, Jeongbang Waterfalls, Lee Jong Seop Art Street, and Olle market. it was a great value for money and a family-friendly hotel.

The breakfast experience could be improved with the addition of a shower/bath curtain. Currently, the entire bathroom gets wet when someone takes a shower, which can be inconvenient.

As adventure travelers, we loved the spacious rooms with 2 queen beds, perfect for families. The huge circular bathtub was a nice touch for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The hotel's cleanliness and fuss-free experience were also highly appreciated. The value for money breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering delicious options that satisfied our hunger before our adventures.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of Seogwipo Port, Cheonjiyeon Falls, and the Olleh Traditional Market. The spacious room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the daily refresh of bed linen and the supplied mineral water bottles.

During my New Year stay, there were a couple of things I really liked about this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with travel tips, printing out maps and even writing down addresses in Korean. Their excellent English skills made communication a breeze. Secondly, the hotel offered a spacious room that provided ample comfort. It was a relaxing haven to return to after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast had a good variety of Eastern and Western options and the coffee was excellent.
