As adventure travelers, we loved the location of Hotel Villa Casalecchi in the beautiful Chianti countryside. The Tuscany landscape was absolutely amazing and provided a unique and peaceful atmosphere. The staff, particularly Franco, the manager, made our stay even more fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure all guests felt welcomed and cared for. Franco even took us into town in his car one evening so we could enjoy a meal and picked us up later, showing his exceptional hospitality. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices, including some delicious options. The swimming pool was perfect, although the temperature could have been a bit warmer. the hotel provided a fantastic experience and we will definitely return.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of this family-owned hotel. The owner, Franco, made me feel right at home. The location in the quiet area of Castellina was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxing stay. The views of the hills and grape plantations were breathtaking. The poolside and garden areas provided a great place to unwind, and I even got to stargaze on clear nights. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, thanks to the efficient housekeepers. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious options, from cakes to savory dishes, cereals, and fresh fruits.

I had a fantastic short break at a beautiful old mansion in a park outside Castellina. The room was perfect and spacious, with lovely views of the Tuscan landscape. The hotel was spotlessly clean and breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The highlight of my stay was the attentive staff, especially Franco, who went above and beyond to ensure all guests had a wonderful experience. He even drove us into town so we could enjoy dinner and picked us up later since there were no local taxis. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Although the air conditioning was not as cool as I expected, I was still able to keep comfortable with the windows open, although it did leave me vulnerable to bug bites. Additionally, there was limited food available outside of breakfast, so I had to drive into town for meals.

The lower rooms opened up directly to the swimming pool and offered the same breathtaking view. The property is nestled in the woods, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and served with a view of the fields ahead. The staff, especially Franco, were friendly and welcoming. our stay was like spending the night in a magical palace.
