Additionally, the hotel provided easy transportation to popular destinations such as Tulum, Akumal, and a breathtaking Ceynote. The staff were amazing, always providing great service and helpful recommendations. I also loved the fact that there was a nearby supermarket for any groceries I needed, and the breakfast at the hotel was delicious. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Loved the beautiful rooftop infinity pool with stunning views. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed the convenience of having a self-catering option, which was great for solo travelers or those who prefer not to dine out alone.

Reception staff was not very helpful and complaints went unheard or were slow to be addressed. Some guests were charged for missing room supplies and were not properly restocked with towels.

We had a fantastic stay at Pueblito Escondido! the condo was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to cook our own meals. the bed was super comfortable and we loved the big balcony. the location, just 2 minutes away from the beach, was perfect. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a small supermarket nearby and the option to rent bikes. the pool area, especially the rooftop pools with a wonderful view of the sea, was a great place to relax. the hotel employees were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Pueblito Escondido offered everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient vacation.

Loved the location, it was quiet and had plenty of restaurants within walking distance. the rooftop pool area was fantastic, with amazing views. Appreciated the large starter bottle of water and the morning coffee pot near the main desk.

Some issues with cleanliness in the room upon arrival, but the staff quickly addressed them. the furniture setup in the condo was awkward, making it difficult for everyone to watch TV at the same time.
