As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the excellent customer service, friendly and polite staff, and the always clean rooms. The hotel's location was convenient, being accessible to shopping malls, stores, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the "hole in the wall" restaurants with their authentic foods. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection, and we loved that bathrobes and hotel slippers were provided.

We had a fantastic stay at Four Points By Sheraton in Myeongdong. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the subway, making it easy for us to travel around the city. The early check-in option was a great convenience for us. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were professional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Myeongdong while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The food at the hotel, especially the cheesecake, was absolutely delicious.
