We had a great stay at this hotel, Glad Gangnam Coex Center. The staff was truly fantastic and always cheerful, providing excellent service. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from Samseong Subway station exit 1 and the Airport shuttle bus stop across the street. The hotel itself was modern and very clean. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, adjustable room temperature, and the consistently hot and strong shower. The coffee at the lobby's Coffee G was exceptional, some of the best in Seoul. highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been more convenient, as it was right in front of the metro station. This made it extremely easy for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. Additionally, there were plenty of malls and department stores in the vicinity, which was a great bonus for shopping enthusiasts like us.

The service was exceptional, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping was superb. The room amenities were fantastic including the air conditioning which was perfect. We love the convenience of the hotel's location right next to the subway entrance and near Samseong subway station where we can easily access most of the city. It's also just across the COEX center where we can go shopping or attend events. The staff is polite and attentive, and the room is clean, comfortable and comes with all necessary amenities.

The breakfast served at the hotel was rather basic and could be improved to provide more options for guests.
