We loved staying at this place. The location was super convenient as it was right at the metro stop and the airport shuttle. The hotel was situated in a business district which made it easy to move around. The room was fantastic with great amenities like heating, air conditioning and the mini-bar. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. They provided us with housekeeping, laundry services, and even wake-up calls. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast served at the dining restaurant, along with our welcome drink.

I stayed at Glad Yeouido for a business trip and it was a great experience. The staff was polite, accommodating, and helpful. The service was excellent. The room design was perfect for a business traveler and the hotel's location next to a tube station made commuting easy. The hotel also offers a limousine service and there was a stop conveniently close by. The breakfast was delicious and when I arrived just before closing time, they didn't charge me extra. a wonderful hotel with attentive staff and convenient amenities.

The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the dining options, with a great Japanese restaurant on-site. The Glad Hotel in Seoul was definitely worth the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great features. The location was convenient with nearby transportation options, and the staff treated me with professionalism and excellent English communication skills.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more options to choose from.

The location near Yeoido area is great for exploring. There are two Starbucks stores nearby, as well as GS25 and CU convenience stores just a short walk away. The subway station is right in front of the hotel and the Airport Limousine stop is just across the road.

The restaurant recommended by Railey for Korean dumplings turned out to be a disappointment. On Sunday night, despite it being empty, they wouldn't let me enter.

The walls were thin and the noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was very loud, especially at night. The staff was sometimes slow to respond to requests.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room we were upgraded to was 50% larger than the standard room and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself was stylish and chic, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, right outside the MRT station and within walking distance to attractions such as Yeouido park and the financial district. The staff, particularly the concierge, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs.

During my New Year's stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfortable amenities of the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home. I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. the room size was a bit smaller than expected, which made it a bit tight to move around.

I recently stayed at Glad Yeouido for a few nights during my visit to Seoul. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, with a spacious bedroom and a great bathroom. The location was perfect, offering a lovely area for leisurely strolls. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to make use of the gym, but it looked fantastic. The highlight of my stay was the corner room with a stunning city view. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the buffet at Greets Restaurant was delicious. I would definitely choose to stay at Glad again.
