The views from the room were stunning, with a tub overlooking the city. the plush bed was a dream! Convenient location in Gangnam. the polite staff was attentive and accommodating, especially when we had to change rooms due to a minor issue.

Issues with cleanliness: uncleared in-room dining trays left in the corridor for days. Inconsistent housekeeping with dirty bedsheets on arrival.
