We had a wonderful stay at this place. The charming staff made us feel like old friends, and the decoration style of this hotel is totally inviting. The location is great, being near to the mansion tours, and we loved the quiet neighborhood. The breakfast and coffee/tea service were exceptional, and our room amenities were fantastic, including a cd player, flat-screen TV, and a lovely terrace.

We loved the charming mansion from the 1800's with its beautiful decor and well-kept surroundings. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect for us as it was close to Bellevue Avenue and within walking distance of attractions. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find facilities and activities that catered to our interests.

Staff was helpful and gave us recommendations for activities in a prime location, in a quiet neighborhood near the mansion tours and within walking distance of downtown. Fresh baked goods were available all day, breakfast was delicious.

We had a great Thanksgiving in this charming hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we loved the tasty complimentary breakfast and tea time treats. The hotel is located in a great spot, close to all the major attractions with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Plus, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the cozy fireplace was the best bonus!

Our bathtub was out of order and the heated towel rack wasn't working either. While the owner offered to come and fix the problem, we didn't want to bother them too late at night.

The hotel was located in a great spot, close to all the attractions and restaurants. We didn't have to worry about finding parking or paying for it, which was a relief. The property itself was stunning, with beautiful architecture and furnishings. The breakfasts served were delicious and the cookies provided were a nice touch.

The room we stayed in was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The bed was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We got great value for our money at Ivy Lodge. The room was lovely and charming, and the location was perfect for accessing the cliff walk and mansions. The staff treated us like old friends, making our stay even more enjoyable.

As for the breakfast option, it would have been even better if there were more variety.

As foreign tourists, we loved the flexibility with check-in times and the availability of coffee, tea, water, and cookies all day. The staff also provided a crib and high chair for our 6-month-old. The breakfast, with cinnamon waffles with apples and cranberries and sausage, exceeded our expectations.
