I particularly enjoyed staying on the 9th floor with a great view of the city. Also, the hotel is just a short walk from Maeil Olle market, which is definitely worth visiting.

Even with the window open, the room was uncomfortably hot. the toilet appeared to be loose from the wall which made it feel unstable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very near the local Maeil Olle market, which is a fun place to visit. I also loved that the Jeongbang waterfall was within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were basic but satisfactory. I was impressed with the facilities and advantages of the room, such as the snow-white beddings and the lovely view of the town.

The corridors occasionally had a pungent smell of cleaning detergent, which was a bit unpleasant.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful sleep every night. The breakfast options offered a delightful mix of both Western and Korean cuisine, catering to different tastes. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to assist us when the air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, promptly offering us a different room. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised that despite our flight being cancelled and arriving a day late, the hotel waived the charges for the reserved first night.

We had a small hiccup with our check-in, but the staff at Kenny Hotel went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We were initially told our room didn't include breakfast, even though we had paid for it, but they quickly corrected the mistake. The breakfast itself was amazing, with a wide variety of Korean and Western options at a great value. The room was modern and comfortable, and the location was central with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
