The hotel provided an exceptional experience during my Christmas stay. the rooms were spacious with marvelous panoramas, and the big bathroom with a standalone wooden bathtub was a luxury. the location of the hotel offered stunning views over rice terraces, the river, and the endless forest. Furthermore, the staff warmly welcomed us and created a homey atmosphere, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

I encountered an issue with the hot water in my room. the water would run out quickly, and by the end of my shower, it would become lukewarm.

Our stay at Sapa Clay House - Mountain Retreat was absolutely incredible. The breathtaking views of the rice terraces from our room were truly mesmerizing. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious local meals, and we even had the opportunity to join the chef on a trip to the market for a cooking class. The staff went above and beyond to help us plan and organize our activities, including arranging guides for tours and hikes in the area. Our time at Sapa Clay House - Mountain Retreat was beyond what we could have imagined, and we cannot wait to return.

The bed was a little hard, but this was easily remedied with a mattress topper.

The value for money was excellent and our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is situated in a great location away from the city, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking care of our every need.

We had the most exceptional stay at a mountain retreat in Sa Pa. The view of the rice terraces was absolutely breathtaking and the room was clean and beautifully decorated. The highlight of our trip was the trek through the local villages and the cooking class with the chef, which were arranged by the friendly family who owns the retreat. The pool was also a fantastic bonus, especially since it was heated. The food at the restaurant was among the best we've had in Vietnam. I highly recommend this mountain retreat for a beautiful and unforgettable experience.
