The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the underground and Lotte Mart. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants around, making it convenient for dining options.

I wish there were more safety measures for luggage storage at the front desk. It was concerning to learn that anyone could easily take away the luggage, without any tags or security precautions in place.
