Spent New Year here and had a great time! Loved the convenient location, just a short walk to Myeongdong and near a train station. Also, the buffet lunches at the restaurant were amazing, super good! Enjoyed trying different dishes and the variety was impressive.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. Firstly, the food variety for breakfast wasn't the best.

The hotel is conveniently located near subway, bus, and airport limousine bus stations. The staff allowed me to check-in early if the room was available, which was very impressive. The room itself was great and cozy, with enough space for luggage and shopping bags. The hotel also offers a fantastic breakfast with stunning views from the 23rd floor. The location is excellent, with easy access to the vibrant Myeondong area.

I recently stayed at Lotte City in Seoul for 3 nights. The rooms were comfy, clean, and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast had a good variety, and the Indian restaurant was delicious. The doormen were helpful, there was a 24/7 7-11 attached, and the price was great compared to other 5-star hotels. The staff at reception were super helpful and the location was convenient for tourists. A halal restaurant will be opening soon. I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.

We were able to easily walk to so many places, including restaurants and various food areas. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel's cafe was delicious and had a variety of options.

While the staff at the reception desk were helpful, I do think they could use a few more smiles and be a bit more welcoming when answering guests' queries.

Great location in the heart of the city, near the metro stations and bustling shopping centers. the streets around the hotel were lively, filled with people enjoying food and drinks after work. the rooms were clean with fantastic views, and the breakfast was delicious and worth the price. the staff was extremely helpful and professional, speaking good English and making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were repetitive, and the dinner buffet was not replenished properly, which felt like a waste of money. Additionally, there was a lack of amenities nearby and no bar or lounge area for guests to relax and wait for transportation.

Plus, there was a coffee shop on the ground floor which was so convenient. The staff were polite and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The room had a fantastic view, especially if you ask for a higher floor. The breakfast at the top of the hotel was a treat, with a wide variety of European and Korean food. And being so close to two subway lines made exploring the city super easy.
