I recently stayed at Novotel in a lively area of Seoul. The hotel was modern, clean, and had plenty of facilities to enjoy. The standout feature, however, was the amazing staff. The concierge, Mr. Ray Lim, and the reception staff, like Mr. Allan, were fantastic. They even had a friendly French concierge who was always happy to help. The café area had delicious food, and the gym was well-equipped. Novotel provided a 5-star experience with a 6-star mentality. I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was definitely worth the money. The room was superb, clean, and cozy, with the comfiest bed we had during our trip. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to stores, restaurants, bars, and public transport. It was convenient to explore the city from this central hub. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the bed was large and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway.

Although the check-in process was efficient and the staff were professional, we didn't feel a warm welcome or personalized touch. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the club lounge due to our age restrictions, as it would have been nice to relax and enjoy some exclusive amenities.
