We were impressed by the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated next to a major subway station and a popular shopping center. This made it easy for us to explore Seoul and other cities by train. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service, always willing to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet offered at the hotel, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. we were excited to find a place we can come back to whenever we visit this city again.

The elevators in the hotel were not functioning correctly, often causing delays and inconvenience for guests.

Spacious rooms with washing machines, beautiful city view and great interior. Convenient location next to Yongsan station. Loved the fitness center, breakfast buffet, and variety of services. a fantastic experience.

We spent our Xmas holidays in a hotel with some good complementary facts, such as free Wi-Fi and newspapers, plus we got an amazing city view that made our stay unforgettable. the location of the hotel is perfect: it was close to many places we wanted to visit and easy to take public transportation. Another advantage we enjoyed was the air conditioning system that allowed us to adjust the room temperature to our liking.

The negatives outweighed the positives. We had expected a bigger room for the price we paid.

Couldn't stay longer

The hotel's location near many bus stops was very convenient for commuting to the airport. Additionally, being next to Yongsan station made navigating to other areas very easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the higher floors. The staff in reception were helpful and accommodating.

One negative aspect was the unstable water pressure and temperature in the shower.

novotel exceeded my expectations during this stay. friendly staff, excellent service, and amazing views made our experience memorable.

Gym equipment needs updating.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I knew I was in for a luxurious experience. the staff was warm and welcoming, assisting me with my bags and providing complimentary vouchers for nearby restaurants. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities such as a portable Bluetooth speaker and a handy phone for convenient communication. the view from the room was picturesque, and I felt comfortable with the automated features for lighting and temperature control. the room service was prompt and delicious, and the portions were quite generous.

this did not impact my overall experience and was a minor detail in an otherwise excellent stay.
