We got great value for our money at Payne's Harbor View Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. The location was convenient, with beautiful views of the harbor, and the staff treated us like family.

The only thing that could make breakfast even better would be to offer a wider variety of items.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem, Payne's Harborview Inn, during our annual fall trip to Block Island. The inn's location overlooking New Harbor was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the boat basin and Great Salt Pond. The inn's beautiful design and warm atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff, Carmen and Sue, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with insider tips on the best restaurants and activities on the island. The breakfast buffet in the dining room, with its harbor view, was outstanding. We can't wait to return next year!
