We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Suites. The family room with full sea view was amazing and the heating in winter was perfect. It was so convenient being located near the Emart supermarket and there were plenty of eateries to choose from. We loved that we could walk to the black pork street and the night market. Both bookings gave us larger rooms and my daughter especially enjoyed the extra space in the ondol room. The breakfast variety was great and everything tasted delicious. The hotel location was ideal, just 5 minutes away from Mac and the big supermarket for Korean snacks and instant noodles. We were also able to easily walk to DongMun night market, black pork street, the pedestrian shopping mall, and other eateries within 10 to 15 minutes.

I recently stayed at Ocean Suites for a few nights during my trip to Jeju. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as I didn't want to drive. I was able to conveniently book a local bus tour that picked me up and dropped me off right at the hotel lobby. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and even Dongmun market within walking distance. The breakfast offered a nice selection of food, and I enjoyed the scenic view while having my meal. The hotel also had a laundry room on the first floor, which made it really convenient for me to do my laundry during my stay. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Ocean Suites.

Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of great shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants. The spacious room was a definite plus for our family during our Thanksgiving trip. we appreciated the option to arrange a private driver/car to do some sightseeing around the island.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, there were a few slight inconveniences that were worth mentioning. The beds were a little too firm for our liking and the Wi-Fi was not consistently available.

It is also situated close to the water's edge, providing beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. Additionally, there is a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab any necessary items during your stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a big closet to hang your clothes.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the bathroom design, particularly the shower door and glass not keeping water in properly.

The service at the evening buffet was not as attentive as expected, with water glasses not being refilled promptly and used plates not being picked up in a timely manner.
