The room was lovely - spacious, clean, and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel's character added to its charm, and its location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and there was ample car parking available. a great experience.

We stayed here for a night and loved it. The hotel is located right in the heart of the community, making it so easy to explore the local town and enjoy the lovely local cafe nearby. We even caught an event at a nearby palace that finished late, and it was so convenient to be able to come back here for some much-needed rest. The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, providing excellent service room service and housekeeping as well as offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were great too, with ironing facilities and heating to keep us comfortable. We even had access to a terrace with garden furniture, which allowed us to enjoy the warm weather outside.

The location was perfect for visiting Blenheim Palace, just a short walk away. The history of the property added to the charm of the experience.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value - a lovely quirky hotel right next to Blenheim Palace. The super king bedded room was absolutely lovely with a really comfy bed and a well-appointed bathroom complete with lovely toiletries. Plus, the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious and served piping hot. The character of the building was also a big plus, and the pub across the road was excellent. Lastly, the receptionist was really helpful and accommodating when we had an issue with our room and even upgraded us to a better room.

Our room felt cosy and private, as we were lucky enough to stay in one of the quaint cottages. The facilities provided were more than satisfactory, and the bathroom had premium quality Elemis products. We were pleased to find that the hotel is dog-friendly, as we brought our Dachshund along with us. The wicker dog basket provided in the room was a lovely touch. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant experience. The carefully selected menu impressed us, and each dish was beautifully presented. Fernando, our waiter, provided excellent service and made us feel valued as guests. Breakfast was another delightful experience, with a good selection of cooked items served hot. Despite the high volume of guests, the wait time was minimal and the staff were attentive.

It was a weekend getaway for my wife's birthday and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The historic charm of the hotel and its decor were captivating. We were upgraded to a divine suite with fabulous ensuite facilities and beautiful toiletries. The restaurant served delicious dinner and the staff were gracious and attentive. Highly recommended for a memorable experience.

The breakfast buffet had limited options, lacked restocking and the cooked breakfast took too long to serve. the staff seemed stressed, making errors on people's bills, and the set menu lacked variety over two nights.

the room was beautifully clean and comfortable, with a double-height ceiling that added a special touch. The staff were excellent, providing polite and friendly service. Woodstock's charming Georgian architecture and leafy streets added to the delightful atmosphere.
