We stayed at Ramada for one night in Jeju and wanted a hotel with a pool. Even though the outdoor pool was closed, the indoor pool was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was adorable and very helpful. The kids suite was great value for money, with a lovely view and a PS4 for the kids. The location was convenient, with seafood restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel had easy access to public transportation and sightseeing spots. Staff had excellent English skills.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. the hotel amenities were top-notch, with charging ports for all devices and even rubber house slippers provided. the location of the hotel was great, close to attractions like the market and black pork street, and it was easy to arrange day tours from there.

One downside was the lack of individual room temperature control. It was a bit frustrating not being able to adjust the temperature according to personal preference.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping street, making it easy to explore and indulge in some retail therapy. We could easily access shops, restaurants, and entertainment options within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel staff were helpful in arranging for a bigger taxi to accommodate our larger group, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free transportation experience. Furthermore, there was a beautiful accessible beach nearby, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views and engage in various water activities. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to the Jeju airport made our arrival and departure convenient and time-saving.

The check-in process at the hotel was a bit slow, resulting in some inconvenience upon our arrival.

Bed was comfortable, room always clean. Breakfast average, staff nice. Allowed 2 extra hours. Concierge staff accommodating with directions, tours, packaging. Close to black pork street, dongmun market. Had a wonderful stay.

I had a fabulous stay at Ramada Plaza in Jeju. The staff went above and beyond when my son fell ill and arranged for a local staff member to assist us at the hospital. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a nice buffet with a discount for guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

Excellent service provided in case of emergency

During our recent stay at Ramada, my son fell ill on our first night in Jeju. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure he received proper care. They promptly sent a staff member to our room to measure his temperature and arranged for a bilingual staff member to accompany us to the nearest hospital clinic. We were incredibly grateful for their quick response and assistance during this stressful time. The hotel's convenient location near the airport and the delicious buffet were added bonuses. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

As young travelers, we loved the location, free parking, beautiful lobby, and clean common areas. The family room with an amazing ocean view was perfect, with top-notch beds and linen. The front desk and staff were helpful and kind. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, nice restaurants, and the lovely piano music in the lobby. Everything was spotless, making our stay special.

This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience with its range of amenities and facilities. We were impressed with the exceptional service provided by the accommodating staff who fulfilled all our needs, including arranging day tours and providing in-room breakfast. the swimming pool was a standout feature, and we enjoyed the sea view whilst lounging poolside.

The only minor issue we faced was that the hotel did not clearly communicate about the pool hats requirement. this was quickly resolved with the help of the attentive staff.

We spent a weekend at a beautiful hotel in a great location. the breakfast was amazing and included two complementary bottles of water daily. the hotel has a perfect location near the beach, making it easy to stroll to nearby bars and restaurants. We also loved that the hotel had free parking, which was a great convenience.

One thing we were unaware of is that the air conditioning was turned off in the off season. It got a bit warm, but the hotel staff provided a floor fan and offered to keep the sliding glass door open.

Great staff who were kind and helpful. Good location, within walking distance to a traditional market, shopping mall, and old city center. Enjoyed listening to good jazz music in the bar near the restaurant.

Room cleaning sometimes happened late in the day, even after signaling for it. Limited English knowledge at the reception desk, which caused confusion during currency exchange.
