The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was close to everything - across the street from Altstadt, 10 minutes to the train station, and 5 minutes to the nearest Christmas market. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room! As couples, we appreciated the romantic atmosphere and convenient location.

We absolutely loved the central location of this place, just over the bridge from the old town and at few steps from downtown. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which allowed us to enjoy a good night's sleep despite the street noise.

The only downside we found was the lack of view from our room. However, this was not a big issue as everything else in this venue was just perfect.
