The room was spacious with a good-sized balcony and a view of the lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The spa area was great, with a thermal pool, spa, sauna, and a magnificent swimming pool. The hotel provided excellent value for money, especially during school holidays. The location right on the lake made for a quiet and relaxing base to explore the area. The room had a comfortable bed, modern bathroom with a spa bath, and a good supply of crockery and cutlery for breakfast.

The staff provided exceptional customer service, especially when my flight got cancelled. They went above and beyond to accommodate my late arrival with pick up and late check-in. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and I enjoyed the spa facilities, including the steam room and sauna.

We had a relaxing Easter getaway with great walks and beautiful views of the lake. The pool and spa areas were nice, and we enjoyed the sauna. The room had everything we needed, including a small fridge and access to movies on Netflix. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The food was mostly good, but a bit overpriced for the amount and quality. We also encountered an infestation of flies, which was quite unpleasant.
