During my stay at Amari, I experienced a heavy rainstorm and was completely soaked. To my surprise and delight, the hotel staff immediately offered me pool towels to dry off and keep warm. Their attentiveness and quick response made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel's location near numerous restaurants and amenities also added to the convenience of my stay. The breathtaking view of the Nam Song River and the surrounding karst formations was truly exceptional. I highly recommend Amari for its comfortable facilities and helpful staff.

I stayed in this hotel with a big group of friends and we had an amazing time! The location was perfect, surrounded by many cafes with super-loud speakers playing great music. It was close to everything, just a few steps out the front door was a coffee shop where we could grab a quick caffeine fix. Our room was spacious and clean, with a bathroom that had excellent shower facilities. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful river.

The noise from the neighboring rooms at times. The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from other guests.

The major downside was the room noise, especially when the river-facing restaurant played loud music. Sadly, it was impossible to get away from the noise.

Comfortable bedding and pillows, helpful and friendly staff in the restaurant, tasteful lobby decor, very central location. Superb pool with limited opening hours. Conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, markets, and easily accessible tuk tuks. Magnificent facilities and exceptional breakfast buffet. a comfortable and centrally located hotel.

Siamo stati benissimo in questo alloggio. L'appartamento era pulito e accogliente, proprio come mostrato nelle foto. Il bagno era completamente attrezzato con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, compreso un phon. La cucina era ben fornita e aveva persino una macchinetta del caffè con cialde. Il personale era molto disponibile e ci ha assistito nonostante il nostro arrivo fuori orario. Nessun problema.
