Efficient and friendly staff. Excellent services, including food and drink. Expensive, but high standard. Maitre d' Mr Bee at breakfast and lunch is splendid.

The pool and restaurant area were wonderful and peaceful. the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

The rooms could use some upgrades and the pillows were not very firm.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. The location, just outside of the main market area, was perfect for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation to the Kuang Si waterfalls, which were definitely worth the visit.

No negatives to mention.

Nothing to dislike.

Spent my xmas at a tranquil oasis nestled in lush tropical flora. the inviting turquoise pool was definitely a highlight, along with the attentive and obliging staff. Location offered scenic views and flexible shuttle service to nearby areas. the variety at breakfast also made for a pleasant start to the day.

While generally satisfactory, the occasional discrepancies in service quality detracted from the experience. the pricing for some services was also a notable concern.

This hotel provided luxurious and exclusive amenities, fulfilling all of my needs. the spa and wellness centre was outstanding, with a sauna, steam room, and massage services. the outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by a beautiful garden area with beach umbrellas, creating a serene atmosphere. the restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast and special diet menus. the private facilities were outstanding, offering room advantages that were exclusive to this hotel.

The only minor issue was the spotty service at times. the staff was either extremely attentive or shockingly bad.

Beautiful colonial-style property with amazing facilities. The staff provided constant, invisible but attentive service. The rooms had incredible views and attention to detail. The hotel's driver even gave me a private guided tour of the town during my airport transfer. I highly recommend this hotel.
