Had a boss stay, the views across the river were stunning and the staff were dead sound—proper friendly and helpful! However, I was a bit miffed about breakfast not being included, would’ve loved a proper meal to start the day. Still, I'd definitely come back!

Some amenities are lacking. elusive housekeeping impacted my experience. Additionally, the dining options were rather expensive without meeting expectations for quality, making meals feel like a letdown.

The Essential King Room was spacious and had an amazing view of the courtyard! The bed was super comfy, and the decor was stylish yet cozy. I also loved the little touches like free coffee in the lobby and room. Plus, the large bathroom really made it feel luxurious. Overall, a great room to relax in after exploring Cambridge.
