I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with impeccable rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the 25-meter swimming pool with heated sea water. The location was perfect, nestled in a forest with large trees and just steps away from the beautiful Jurmala beach. Additionally, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces.

There were a few aspects that could use improvement. the customer service was lacking, with staff forgetting our orders at the beach bar and during breakfast.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed two complimentary glasses of champagne and a fruit platter in our room upon arrival. the hotel's location near the beach and surrounded by nature was ideal for long walks. the spa treatments were pleasant and relaxing.

The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained, with visible wear and tear. There was no proper insulation, resulting in poor soundproofing and uncomfortable temperatures.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Abija, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They assisted with my spa bookings and provided excellent recommendations. the bed was comfortable, the location was fantastic, and the facilities surpassed other spa hotels I've stayed in. I particularly loved the salt water swimming pool and enjoyed indulging in the salt cave and banya. the staff truly went out of their way to make me feel pampered. the proximity to Majori station and the beautiful beach was also a plus.
