The breakfast was great with a nice buffet spread and made-to-order items. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with beautiful decor. The spa was beautiful and reasonably priced.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the amazing selection of hot breakfast options from the menu. The babotie for dinner was the best we've ever had, and the wine pairing was perfect. The private terrace in our flat was a great addition to our stay, and the bed and bathroom were incredibly comfortable. The outdoor pool was a real gem, and the staff were always polite and helpful. The beautiful estate had plenty of space and a meticulously cared for garden, giving us a luxurious and peaceful experience.

We felt at home instantly and had no complaints whatsoever. The service, from the lovely lady Mona to the attentive staff, was fantastic throughout our stay.

The hotel's location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and with views of the mountains. the staff at the front desk were also very helpful and accommodating, providing us with a complimentary upgrade. Additionally, the wine tasting area was a highlight, offering delicious wines and a must-try ploughman's platter.

One disappointment was the service in the restaurant. the staff at breakfast and dinner were slow, uninterested, and unhelpful.

My partner and I stayed at Lanzerac for our anniversary, and it was truly magical. The staff were friendly and professional, attending to our every need. Our room in The Courtyard was beautiful, with a stunning bathroom and complimentary minibar. The outdoor pool was tranquil, surrounded by beautiful grounds. We enjoyed a wine tasting and excellent lunch at the Deli. The hotel has only improved since our last visit 15 years ago. It's a stunning place to stay, with special touches and sumptuous rooms.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful location and offered stunning surroundings. the food at the hotel was delicious and I especially enjoyed the meals at the taphuis restaurant. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

There were some aspects of my experience that were disappointing. the hotel had some teething issues after a recent fire, with the service and management not quite up to standard.

The staff provided exceptional service and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable with a huge bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. We loved the well-stocked minibar and the complimentary wine tasting experience. The restaurants served delicious food, and the property had beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed the complimentary use of the spa pool and gym facilities.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The rooms were well-furnished and the beds were addictive. The bathrooms were sumptuous, especially the free-standing bath. The restaurant, pool, and spa facilities were excellent, and the massages and facials at the spa were brilliant. The food at all the restaurants, including the pool bar, was of good quality.

The public spaces were awesome, and we loved sitting by the outdoor pool which was set amongst the beautiful grounds. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and offered wine tasting, adding to the overall experience. The location was perfect, with green lawns and vineyards surrounding the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive and efficient.

During our weekend stay, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the excellent service provided by the staff. the hotel is located in a prime location, offering easy access to local attractions and activities. the rooms were well-appointed and luxurious, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, we were pleased with the variety of spa treatments available, allowing us to relax and unwind during our visit.

We were disappointed with the slow service at times, particularly when waiting for food or assistance. the acoustics in the dining hall were also subpar, as the noise levels were quite high, making it difficult to have a peaceful meal.

What a treat it was to celebrate my birthday at this luxurious hotel and spa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The cellar tour and lunch by the fire in the Deli set the perfect tone for our stay. The spa treatments were absolutely blissful, and our accommodation was not only comfortable but also offered breathtaking views of the vineyards and mountains. We even had complementary wine tasting to top it all off. The property itself is impeccably maintained, and the large rooms with spacious bathrooms provided everything we needed. We truly felt cared for and valued by the staff, who made our stay truly memorable. 10/10! We will definitely be returning.
