The good, the bad, and the unexpected

I had a generally pleasant stay with a spacious and quiet room. Impressively, the hotel accommodated my request for an early check-in and late check-out. Additionally, I received a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely surprise. Unfortunately, my first room had an unpleasant smell, though the staff swiftly changed it. Friendly service does exist here.

It is a spacious hotel with strategic location near shopping centers and accommodating staff, and an excellent family-friendly atmosphere!

This place has an ideal location right near a Starbucks and McDonald's! the staff was incredibly kind, offering a bottle of water while we waited to check in, made the experience even better.

Despite the inconvenient start, the pool area was well-maintained, though the slow service at breakfast could use improvement, particularly with staffing during peak hours.

We checked out the botanical garden nearby, which was beautiful and free. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day. Be ready for queues during check-in and breakfast, but the staff handled it well. Would totally recommend visiting the mall attached for shopping too!

I had a great stay with delicious breakfast options and a fabulous spa experience. However, the in-room milk was powder! Would definitely return for more fun!

The hotel impressively combines modern aesthetics with ample space, featuring a beautifully decorated room that offers a comfortable stay. Breakfast stands out with its diverse selection, especially the enticing cold dishes. The location is perfect for exploring Orchard Road's vibrant shopping scene, although there were minor noise issues that were promptly addressed by the staff. Some amenities felt outdated in the older wing, yet the inviting atmosphere and friendly service more than made up for it.

Had an exceptional time thanks to the staff, especially a front office gem named Nitya who surprised us with an upgrade to their signature suite! the breakfast was out of this world, had so many options that even the pickiest eaters would be satisfied, I had to hold myself back from trying everything!

Had a comfy three-night stay with modern rooms and easy access to taxis and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with my payment hiccup. It’s in a great spot for getting around!

But the toilet was like a thermostat gone rogue—hot and cold, no middle ground! And that sliding door only served as an Olympic-level water slide for the bathroom floor!

The room was nicely renovated with spacious vibes! Enjoyed the pool area, even tho mineral water was pricey. Location's killer—end of Orchard Rd, walk those green streets to shop like a boss. Breakfast rocked, especially that egg robot!

There was nothing I didnt like.
