I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the stunning Victoria Falls. The hotel was set within a national park, and I loved being able to see zebras, giraffes, impalas, and baboons roaming around the grounds. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and polite, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my trip was the best. The reception staff provided useful information, the manager allowed me a late check-out, and a staff member named Gilbert helped me find the giraffes and even helped me get the best angles for photos. The fact that hotel residents had free entry to the national park was also a great selling point.

Amazing location with breathtaking views of the nearby Falls. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the on-site facilities were great, particularly the pool and spa which offered a relaxing escape.

The service could have been more attentive and efficient, especially at the restaurant where we experienced delays and mix-ups with our orders. the food quality was not up to par, particularly for lunch and dinner.

Our room was beautifully appointed, with a luxurious shower and comfortable bed linen. the hotel's proximity to the falls park was a major plus, and as guests, we were lucky enough to enjoy free entry. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing helpful information and even assisting with arranging horse rides and finding the best photo spots. We got great value for our money at Avani! The room was comfortable with the softest pillows ever. The hotel's location was ideal, with a short walk to the Zambia side of the falls and beautiful grounds with roaming animals. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to serve bar food to guests sitting around the pool in the shade.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The buffet and pool café offered delicious food options, and I especially enjoyed the authentic boma experience. The pool was a great place to relax, and the conferencing facilities were top-notch. I did encounter a minor issue with soundproofing in the rooms, but it didn't dampen my overall experience. I can confidently recommend Avani for a delightful stay near the Victoria Falls.
