This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a lovely bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me return a forgotten hairbrush, which I appreciate. Highly recommend dining at the restaurant for delicious food. I'm coming back for Xmas!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The trash cans in the lobby and dining area were overflowing during breakfast, which gave a bad impression upon arrival. To make matters worse, the dining options lacked quality. staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, leading to a frustrating wait.

my previous stay in ypsilanti was fine, but this time marriott really exceeded my expectations. the king room with a lake view was spacious and beautifully decorates, creating an exceptional atmosphere. i especially appreciated the friendly staff at check-in who even offered us a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival.

I faced several inconveniences during my stay. One of the elevators was out of service, causing long waits, especially during peak times. The housekeeping could have been better as there were food scraps in the lobby area near the elevators, and the windows overlooking the lake had cobwebs in the corners. I felt the cleanliness standards did not meet my expectations, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

The queen room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic view of the pristine lake and golf course. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we appreciated the cozy leisure room, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The vibrant grounds were well-maintained too. I had an amazing experience celebrating my mom’s 75th birthday, with special touches that truly made it memorable.

Plus, the pillows were super comfy, even if you prefer a bit of support. I could actually get a good night's sleep here. The cleanliness was on point too! Just a solid experience overall.

This was just an optimal selection for a couple of nights in Ypsilanti with good value. The fitness center was the best I've seen in a Marriott, with all machines spotless and fully functional. Make sure to grab a towel and water before starting your workout!
