We had an exceptional experience at Byblostar! The hotel owner, Clare, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was personalized and authentic. She treated us like family, cooking us a fresh and healthy breakfast every morning. Clare even helped us navigate the challenges of getting SIM cards and handling taxis in Lebanon. The customer service and cleanliness of the hotel were top-notch, with the rooms being cleaned to a high standard every day. It truly felt like our own apartment during our two-week stay. We also appreciated the ease of ordering coffee and Clare's great tourist recommendations. I highly recommend Byblostar for a boutique, authentic experience in Jbeil.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the balcony had a nice view. the breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location was not convenient for those without a car. the weather was unpredictable but the hotel did not have any indoor facilities to accommodate guests.
