The location was perfect, close to everything I needed to do on the island. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a breathtaking infinity pool and swim-up bar overlooking the sparkling ocean and Praslin Island. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The staff was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service, which made getting around the island a breeze. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and the variety of tours and activities available to us.

The infinity pool with the bar was a dream! The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to make everything special. The customer relationship management was exceptional, with all wishes and questions immediately addressed. The location was convenient, close to the port. The check-in process was time-consuming, but the waiting area was beautiful. The facilities, including the swimming pool and bar, were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a private outside bathroom and a fantastic balcony. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-out process was early, but the facilities could still be used, and there was a shower available before leaving.

Great service from arrival to departure. We were offered two complementary drinks on arrival and a shuttle service to the main area. the location was also perfect with easy access to many great attractions. Another advantage was the nice pool area with a great swim-up bar.

The mattress was too hard for our liking, and the room could have been a bit cleaner.
