The rooms are well-decorated and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for couples. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay.

The hotel lacks attention to small details, such as providing enough cutlery and plates in the rooms.

The hotel had a nice modern design and the staff were warm and cooperative. the breakfast offered was excellent and had plenty of options to choose from.

The Key Beirut exceeded our expectations with its spacious and tidy rooms, amazingly comfy beds and pillows, and double sink in the bathroom. The contemporary decor was fun and there were plenty of electrical outlets. The hotel's location in the middle of Beirut allowed for easy access to attractions in Jbeil and downtown, and parking was a big plus.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the spa center and leisure area were perfect for relaxing. the massage options were great, I particularly loved the full body massage. the sun terrace was also a great spot for enjoying the beautiful view.

the packed lunches were not up to par.

In terms of amenities, the hotel had everything I could ask for - a bar, a well-stocked mini market, and even a treadmill to keep up with my fitness routine. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. And let's not forget the superb bathroom, which was stylish and immaculate. I cannot recommend The Key enough for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic value for money.

My Easter stay at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the clean and modern room was equipped with a comfortable bed and plenty of electrical outlets. I loved the contemporary decor and the fact that the room had a balcony where I could smoke. the hotel's key location allowed me to quickly and easily access top tourist attractions in the city and drive to nearby towns.

The breakfast service was slow and understaffed, and the hotel did not offer a complete dental kit. there was no trash basket in the bathroom, and the towels and slippers were not provided for both guests in our room.
