We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and so peaceful. The spa facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed a fantastic massage that left us feeling completely relaxed. The Japanese restaurant served delicious food, especially the salads. The staff provided excellent service, and we were impressed with how pet-friendly the hotel was. Also, the views from our executive room were absolutely breathtaking.

The staff, especially Eva and the entire team, were professional and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including the swimming pools, jacuzzis, and access to water sports.

During my Christmas holiday, I had a great experience at this resort. The complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby put us in a festive mood. The location was spot on - we were just a short distance from the center of the city, where we enjoyed shopping and sightseeing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we loved the beautiful views of the countryside from our room.

Some aspects of the resort could use improvement. The breakfast buffet was small and did not offer much variety.
