The lobby has a beautiful Peranakan decor that adds a touch of culture and history to the hotel. The rooms are spacious enough for a couple and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect, with many tourist attractions within walking distance, including the lively Malacca Riverside.

The hotel's management seemed to cut corners in some areas. There were no small bars of soap in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Melaka. It is close to all the main attractions and just a short walk away from delicious food options. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer beautiful views of the river. The staff is friendly and the breakfast provided is satisfactory.

The Wi-Fi connection can be a bit slow and unreliable.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the free bike rental and helpful staff. The heritage building ambiance was awesome, and the small fishes in the vases added a little amusement. The location was perfect, with the famous river behind the building and a hipster restaurant next to it. All other attractions were very closeby.

Felt at home here, no reason to complain.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a great view of the city and we really enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We also loved the simple but sufficient breakfast that was served.
