loved staying at capri fraser in johor bahru again! staff was so friendly and the room was clean and spacious. fast check-in and shuttle bus to malls were a plus. will definitely be back!

We loved the spacious and clean room with great amenities, including a kitchen, Nespresso machine, and microwave. The bathroom was also a highlight with a large bathtub and soft towels. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even preparing a surprise for a special occasion. We also appreciated the free shuttle service and the convenience of a self-service laundry available with a PS4 to pass the time. we highly recommend this place for its excellent service, great facilities, and convenient location.

Best aspects of my New Year experience in this hotel were the excellent service from staff and the comfortable rooms. the location of the hotel was just perfect for me as it is situated near restaurants and shopping centers.

Dislikes of my New Year experience in this hotel were the heavy traffic on public holidays that made it difficult to access the hotel and the limited breakfast menu. the breakfast menu could have been more varied, and some of the food was not appetizing.

The room at the hotel was spacious with great amenities, including a full kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The layout made it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The complimentary parking and convenient location next to a gas station were also a plus.
