Cons: the Wi-Fi connection in my room was a bit spotty at times, making it difficult to work efficiently.

The location of the property was great, with easy access to all attractions. The hotel had a nice infrastructure, but thin walls allowed noise from neighbors. More sun loungers by the pool would be a good addition. The rooftop pool and gym were fantastic, with stunning views. the staff lacked responsiveness and friendliness, making the overall experience less enjoyable.

The room at Ceylonz Klcc By Gsuites was amazing, with vibrant decor and smart use of space. the kitchen had everything I needed to cook, and the view from the window was so relaxing. Dining at Boudoirz restaurant on the 37th floor was a splendid experience!

Had the most wonderful stay at this hotel for a recent trip to Kuala Lumpur. the ambience was cozy and inviting, with a stunning view that truly enhanced the whole experience. the room was well-equipped, with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. the highlight was the delicious meal we had at the 37th-floor restaurant, Boudoirz. the service was exceptional, making our dining experience truly memorable. the various Pocket Gardens throughout the hotel were a lovely touch, providing a serene environment to relax and unwind. the rooftop garden was particularly beautiful, offering a green oasis in the heart of the city.

While the stay was lovely overall, there were a few areas that could be improved. the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired.
