the food was a complete disaster, a burnt but chewy steak left me feeling underwhelmed. trying to enjoy a peaceful morning was impossible with children running around like it was a playground, while the front desk staff just shrugged. a welcome gift would have definitely been nice, but apparently, that’s too much to ask for. almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.
