The staff at this hotel were incredible. They were always friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely divine. They had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the food was always fresh and delicious. the hotel's location was also a major plus. It was conveniently located near a shopping center, making it easy for me to explore and shop during my city break.

I did have a negative experience with one staff member. They were extremely rude and kept insisting that I change my hairstyle before dining in the hotel restaurant.

This hotel more than lives up to the Protea standard — very modern design and high quality amenities such as soaps and lotion, and a very comfy bed. The location in Ikeja, right across the road from the Ikeja City Mall and close to the Government offices in Alausa, is perfect. The service provided by the staff is commendable, and the basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained.

One aspect that could be improved is the variety of options offered at breakfast.
