We loved the spacious and well-designed rooms, perfect for families. The upgraded room was a pleasant surprise, and the extra storage was greatly appreciated. Walking under cover to Pavilion was a huge plus.

The hotel is situated in a great location, being close to the hop on hop off bus pick up point which allows for easy sightseeing. There are also many great restaurants nearby, as well as various attractions. The rooms are spacious and the international breakfast buffet offers a great variety.

Some guests have reported issues with their room keycards, which can be frustrating for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's close to the monorail station and just a 20-minute walk from the famous Petronas Towers. We felt safe exploring the area, especially since it was our first time in this city. The hotel itself is quite luxurious and provides enhanced comfort with its spacious, clean rooms. The bathroom was huge and the shower was strong, which was refreshing. Plus, we were lucky to have a million-dollar view of the Petronas twin towers from our connected rooms - what a pleasant surprise!

The New Year experience at the hotel was fantastic! the live band in the hotel provided a great atmosphere for relaxation, and the evening snacks for premier guests were a nice touch. the breakfast spread was delicious and just what I needed to start each day. the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
