We loved the spacious and well-designed rooms, perfect for families. The upgraded room was a pleasant surprise, and the extra storage was greatly appreciated. Walking under cover to Pavilion was a huge plus.

The hotel is situated in a great location, being close to the hop on hop off bus pick up point which allows for easy sightseeing. There are also many great restaurants nearby, as well as various attractions. The rooms are spacious and the international breakfast buffet offers a great variety.

Some guests have reported issues with their room keycards, which can be frustrating for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's close to the monorail station and just a 20-minute walk from the famous Petronas Towers.
