As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The nicely renovated rooms with funky themes added a fun and unique touch to our experience. The hotel's reasonable proximity to the main sights of the city made it convenient for us to explore Kuala Lumpur.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They didn't charge us for the missed day, even though we informed them late. The room was spotless and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is in a great area, not far from train stations and with easy access to main sights.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with our room being modern and very clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the brilliant shower in the room. We also appreciated the parking and convenient transportation options nearby. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was right behind Berjaya Times Square and very near to the condominiums we were interested in. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the guy at the front door. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight, and they allowed us to check in. The breakfast options were also impressive, with a buffet and a la carte options available.

Excellent Location: This hotel is ideally situated in the prime center of Kuala Lumpur, just a 3-minute walk from Imbi monorail station. It's conveniently located behind Times Square shopping centre, making it easy to explore the city's attractions.

Room Cleanliness: the hotel is clean, although there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. While there were some small stains here and there, they were still acceptable for a comfortable stay.

My husband and I recently stayed at Maison Boutique Theme Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of delicious food options nearby. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a good shower. The hotel also provided basic amenities like a fridge and kettle, making it easy for us to enjoy tea and coffee in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us whenever we had any questions or requests. We were even upgraded to the best room they had, which was a nice bonus. we had a great stay at Maison Boutique Theme Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

I stayed at a hotel in KL during Christmas and there were a few things that I really enjoyed about my experience. the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Secondly, the location was great as it was close to key attractions and easy to get around. Lastly, I really liked the fact that the hotel had a beautiful Christmas decoration, which added to the festive atmosphere.

There were a few things that I didn't quite like about the hotel. the cleanliness was not up to par.

The hotel location was great, near several restaurants and shops. the food was good and the staff was nice. They even offered complementary airport shuttle service and breakfast. the rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and trendy decorations that made me feel at home.

On the other hand, the air conditioning was poorly designed, blowing directly into your face as you try to sleep. the chairs in the room were impractical and the design of the room was not ideal for people with mobility issues.

The theme room I booked wasn't available, but the Paris room they gave me was surprisingly charming. Despite some maintenance issues, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. I recommend this hotel.
