a tranquil paradise by the sea 🌊

staying in the junior suite right on the beach was an absolute dream! the room was spacious, with a huge comfortable bed and a lovely little kitchenette that made our stay even cozier. one of the standout moments was when our concierge arranged a surprise treat for us—delicious cookies personalized with our names left in our room! the 24/7 room service was great, and the seafood night at el faro was one of the best meals I’ve had! 😋

Loved the spacious junior suite with air conditioning and a sea view balcony. The all-inclusive bar prepared amazing cocktails—especially at the adults-only pool with a swim-up bar. Daily activities like themed nights kept things fun. Enjoyed the beach, soft sand, and minimal seaweed.

Our stay started off poorly when we arrived two nights earlier than our reservation. Despite reaching out to Grand Residences, their communication was lacking, and we were forced to stay at another resort. When we finally checked in at Grand Residences, they charged us more than initially quoted and forced us to change rooms three times, completely ruining our vacation flow. We were treated as if our discomfort was an inconvenience rather than their responsibility, making the whole experience frustrating.

The beach was stunning, and the staff made us feel truly pampered. Pool service was quick, and the themed dinners were unique touches that kept our evenings lively. 24-hour room service added convenience, and the cocktails were on point!

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Residences Riviera Cancun! The junior suite with ocean view offered stunning views, and the spacious room was perfect for our needs. The staff went above and beyond, especially Antonio at the bar who mixed amazing cocktails and kept our spirits high. The beach area was pristine, and the service around the pool was attentive, making sure we always had drinks in hand while we soaked up the sun. The surprise birthday cake from the staff was a lovely touch, too. Overall, a truly pampering experience!

We had a really fun family time at the pools, especially the family pool that was perfect for the kids. Plus, I loved the personalized Indian food the chefs prepared for us. It truly made us feel special during our stay.

My wife says that evening entertainment could use improvement.

The rooms were immaculate and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. especially with their warm service. Loved the outdoor pools, and the quick poolside drink service was a delightful surprise.

Even though the activities were good, I wish some evening entertainment could liven things up. and maybe a few more dining options would be great.

the all-inclusive experience was truly exceptional. the staff consistently exceed expectations with their warm, personalized service, from the poolside to the dining areas. we loved ordering croissants and coffee in the morning. and the food was delightful too.
