We loved the hotel's fantastic location by the riverside, right in the center of the city. The view was stunning and we enjoyed taking walks along the river. The hotel staff were super helpful and professional, providing us with great advice on transportation and getting around. The room was amazing, with a great view, spacious and clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The wifi connection was also excellent. Additionally, the included breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of food options and the staff even packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early.

The staff were fantastic; super professional and helpful with directions and advice regarding transport and getting around. The room was amazing - a great view and very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the facilities needed. Wifi connection was great too. The location was super central and a short walk to major attractions, restaurants, shopping centre, etc. I paid for the included breakfast which was really good - great food and you could eat as much as you wanted! One morning I had to leave early for the airport so the staff packed a breakfast for me to take along, which I thought was really lovely. Fantastic hotel - would definitely recommend

I had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in the heart of Kuching. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bed and pillows. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the Kuching Waterfront and many restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We received two complementary facts during our city break, which was a nice surprise. the location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to most places.

The parking was a complete nightmare, we had to park far away and it was expensive. the staff also needed improvement, as they seemed uninterested in helping us with our issues.

Great location, walking distance to Main Bazaar/Waterfront and Chinatown. Plenty of local eateries and shops nearby. Rooms spacious and clean, with comfy bed and nice amenities. Convenient access to 7-Eleven. Staff helpful and informative.

The staff are polite and professional. The location is excellent, right in the heart of town. The room is comfortable and clean. The bed is excellent for a good night's sleep. The hotel provides amenities like a hair dryer and refrigerator.
