I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Libertyville for two nights while attending a Navy boot camp graduation. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was amazing, especially Margaret at the front desk. The pool appointment system was a unique touch that allowed me to enjoy a relaxing swim by myself. I also appreciated the convenience of having coffee available downstairs at any time. The continental breakfast was more like a full breakfast with a variety of options, and the breakfast staff was friendly. The location was perfect for visiting the Navy PIR, and the hotel even provided a free shuttle to the Naval Boot camp entrance. it was a great experience.

They physically went into the room and found my belongings, ensuring I could retrieve them. I greatly appreciate their assistance and promptness in resolving the situation. I'm glad I chose to stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to downtown Libertyville and Independence Grove forest preserve. We didn't need to hire a car, which was a plus. The room was clean and had a fridge, and the bed was large and comfortable. The shower was also great. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff was lovely. Despite being popular with navy graduation families, the hotel was usually quiet.

The continental breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options including pancakes, eggs, muffins, fresh fruits. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a mall and Six Flags just a short drive away.

There were a few negatives that affected our experience. Secondly, there was a faint odor of mildew in our room, which made us question whether we would consider staying here again.
